Cancellation and Refund Policy - Shri Janki Mahal Trust
Cancellation and Refund Policy

We're committed to being fair and open about how we handle cancellations and refunds at Shri Janki Mahal Trust. This policy explains how you can cancel a booking and get a refund.

1. Our Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel a booking, you need to contact us directly by phone or email. We'll only consider a cancellation valid once we've confirmed it with you. Make sure to keep a record of your cancellation confirmation, just in case.

Our cancellation rules can vary depending on the type of booking you made, any special promotions, or if you're part of a group. When you book, check the specific terms that apply to your situation.

2. Standard Cancellation Terms

When it comes to regular bookings, here's what you need to know:

  • If you cancel within the allowed time frame - which we'll let you know about when you confirm your booking - you might be able to get some or all of your money back.
  • If you cancel after the allowed time, you might have to pay a fee.
  • If you cancel your booking on the same day or at the last minute, the hotel might keep some or all of the money you paid. This is because they have rules in place for cancellations that happen really close to the time you're supposed to arrive.

When you book, we'll let you know exactly how long you have to cancel and if you can get a refund. This information will be in the confirmation we send you after you've booked.

3. No-Show Policy

If someone doesn't show up on the day they're supposed to arrive, and they haven't cancelled ahead of time, we'll consider it a "No-Show". This means we might charge them for the whole booking, and they won't get any money back.

4. Early Departure

If a guest decides to leave before their scheduled departure date, we'll decide if they get any refund - and it's up to us to make that call. Leaving early could mean they don't get any money back for the rest of their stay.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment whenever possible.
  • The time it takes to process something can be different depending on how you pay and what the bank does.
  • Shri Janki Mahal Trust won't be held responsible if there are delays in payments due to issues with banks or payment gateways.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some special deals, like discounts or festival bookings, can't be cancelled and you won't get your money back. If you book one of these, you won't be able to get a refund if you cancel.

7. Force Majeure

In situations where a natural disaster, government restrictions, or any other major (unforeseen) emergency situation which is beyond reasonable control of the parties involved occur, the decision of whether to cancel and refund will be made by the management fairly and at their discretion.
