2. Reservation & Booking Policy

• Reservations for rooms will be confirmed only after availability and confirmation.
• At the time of booking guests need to provide their correct details.
• At the time of check-in, guests need to show a government-approved photo ID.
• The hotel can refuse or cancel your booking if the hotel finds that any incorrect information is provided.
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability only.

Once a booking is successfully made, confirmation will be sent to the guest either via email or phone.

• The hotel can ask for the payment of a deposit to secure the reservation.
• Depending on the case, one can either settle the charges at the moment of check-in or check-out.
• The final invoice will reflect the total amount payable inclusive of the VAT and other taxes.
• Without prior notice, the hotel may cancel the booking if the payment is not made.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• If a refund is due, the hotel shall process it within a fair period.
• You are responsible to cover the costs of your booking if you do not show up.

Charges for any breakage of the property will be imposed on the offender.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The disappearance of the belongings of the guests during their stay at the hotel.
• Disruptions of the services due to unforeseen circumstances like government orders, natural calamities, power failure, etc.
• Errors or defects on the Site over which the Company has no control.

The guests must take suitable measures to safeguard their belongings.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
